Are you open?
All our stores are now open.
To help us control the number of people in our small shops, please make an appointment before your visit.
We are back to full opening hours in Manchester, still prefereably by appointment, as follows:
Mon to Sat: 9am-5.30pm
We are operating on reduced opening hours in London, by appointment only, as follows:
Tues to Sat: 10am-4.30pm
Sun Mon: Closed
We are fully open in Chorlton, still prefereably by appointment, as follows:
Tues to Sat: 9:30am-5:30pm
Sun Mon: Closed
With the unpredictable nature of the situation, these opening hours may change. Please check our GOOGLE map listing for up to date information.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS WILL YOU HAVE IN PLACE TO OPEN SAFELY?
These are some of the things we have put in place to keep us all safe:
• Where possible, customers are encouraged to make an appointment.
• PPE use in place for when social distancing is not possible.
• Hand sanitiser readily available.
• Increased cleaning routines between patient visits.

What if I have an emergency?
Call or email and let us know the nature of your emergency.
If you reach our answerphone, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What if I have run out of contact lenses / solution?
We can continue to provide these by post, and this is our preference, to avoid any unnecessary journeys for you. If you have any questions, please contact us by email and we will try our best to help you.
My glasses are broken, what do I do?
Please contact us with more details, and as usual, we will do everything we possibly can to help.
