Products ordered from Framed opticians (angel) Limited will be picked and shipped at the earliest opportunity. All orders are considered firm orders and are not eligible for cancellation. Framed opticians take great care with our products, as we have a huge amount of pride in our work and products.

For this reason, if your purchase is covered under the distance selling regulations, and needs to be returned, we do not accept returns which are not in perfect condition, so please take great care when packing your item for return, as damaged products will not be accepted.

Please also use a traceable method of delivery for your return as we are not responsible for lost items. All Framed opticians products are covered by a manufacturers warranty against defects of manufacture. This these terms and conditions of sale are in alignment with your statutory rights.
